Corporate Support

As a franchisee in The Taco Maker® / Jake’s Over the Top® / Mayan Juice™ system, you will have the benefit of our over 30 years of operational experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Our ongoing commitment to you is to provide you and your staff with a comprehensive approach to new store development, training and operational support, marketing, and purchasing.

Franchise Licensing Representatives A Franchise Licensing Representative will be assigned to work directly with you to answer all of your questions and to provide consulting support in areas of site selection, financing, lease negotiations, etc. Your Franchise Licensing Representative will also coordinate with each of our other department heads to bring the full power and experience of our organization into focus on your behalf.

Site Approval & Lease Negotiations To insure that all the right elements are in place for a successful operation, each site must be approved by The Taco Maker management. We can also act on your behalf to negotiate the best possible lease terms.

New Store Development Using up-to-date state-of-the-art technologies, our New Store Development Department will design the layout of your restaurant in the most efficient manner, creating a virtual 3D image of the facility complete with all menu boards and wall graphics for you to preview prior to the commencement of any construction costs. These plans will allow your local architect to complete the remaining drawings in a more time efficient manner, and will assist your contractor greatly during the construction process.
